Leo brings Chayora more than 23 years ICT industry sales experience in China gained at four international companies (Lenovo, IBM, Oracle and LexisNexis) as well as one local start-up. He has managed major accounts across government, telecom, banking, energy and utility industries with hardware, software and data service offerings. In Oracle, he successfully turned around his target sectors delivering 10% growth in one year, leading a team of more than 40 people and around US$ 17 million in sales. Previously he worked at RongCloud leading a team of over 90 employees including R&D, PM, Product, Pre-sales and Sales for Government and large customers in China. Leo has extensive new business and account development experience, having won business with China Unicom which he grew from scratch to US$ 70 million in an MOU including consulting, hardware and software; and closed a deal at RongCloud worth RMB 12m with the Sichuan government. Leo has over 15 years of management experience, is good at managing, coaching, leadership, strategic thinking, solution sales, and financial sales and has a rich experience in large deal selling and total solution selling.
Leo is fluent in Mandarin and English and holds a degree from the Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications in Telecom Engineering.
