Michelle Wang Head of HR
Michelle has 10 years Human Resource management experience gained from international companies such as Zara and Michael Page. Highly competent in both HR operations and management, she previously specialized in recruiting at senior levels across the Real Estate sector, including hiring front office roles for PE/VC/Investment Bank/Consulting/Asset Management/Insurance/Hedge Funds. In her most recent role with White Peak, a Europe-originated but China-focused private equity real estate fund, she was responsible for the establishment of all HR functions for its Beijing investment and management platform. She joined Chayora in 2019 and leads the full HR functions.
Michelle is native Chinese. She graduated with BA and MA degrees from the University of East Anglia in the UK in International Business and Diplomacy and Business Finance and Economics.
