Chayora sites are large – enabling hyperscale developments to meet growing needs in the exceptional Chinese market opportunity, typically 30+ hectares with a supply of over 300MW of power – providing scale and assured expansion capacity.
Well tried and tested corporate and management structures were linked to the structuring of each site into separate land titles. This enables a range of funding structures to be considered for customers seeking assured scalability solutions: either wholly Chayora funded, co-funded by Chayora with a customer, or through offshore and onshore third-party investors. We are delighted to discuss any of these options with you.
Completion of Phase 1 of our hyperscale campus in Tianjin demonstrated our land acquisition and project capabilities and as we continue to expand our sites we will always deliver customer-tailored designs and operations to support enterprise and colocation operator data centres to world-class standards and with up to ‘Tier IV’ specifications. Construction of the Shanghai site is well underway and will be ready for service at the start of 2023.
