Harry has over 13 years of design and technical management experience of Class A data centre projects for organisations such as Keppel, Equinix, HSBC, CitiBank and the Shanghai Stock Exchange including an award-winning project for hyperscale design innovation.
Experienced in working with both local and international consultants, DC operators and as a data centre infrastructure architect and electrical systems designer, he has significant experience working in an international engineering consultancy managing operations, business development and key project delivery in China. Harry was previously a key technical management member of Chayora’s initial technical team, involved in our first Tianjin data centre campus development.

He has exceptional project management experience in designing data centres in China especially in the Shanghai region, including data centres for HSBC, Citibank Shanghai and Guangzhou, as well as for the Shanghai Stock Exchange and Equinix SH6.

Harry graduated from Shanghai Jiaotong University with a Master’s degree in Business administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. He is an accredited tier designer certified by Uptime Institute and a consultant for LEED Data Centre (China) Committee.
