The Americas serves as the home of EdgeConneX, Chayora's strategic partner, starting in 2009, from the original and still operational data center in Houston to large campuses in Portland, Chicago, Phoenix, and Atlanta either already leased or under construction. The United States is home to an array of small data centers for content delivery along with the largest capacity available for hyperscale needs, with EdgeConneX also an early entrant to South America. A large campus in Santiago is joined by a smaller build in Buenos Aires, with construction just launched in Bogota.

Europe was the first international region for Chayora's strategic partner EdgeConneX to enter, with campuses in Dublin and Amsterdam now joined by a host of other options across Germany, Spain, Belgium, and Poland. An initial foray into Israel has now led to four locations either operational or in progress, with additional capacity possible across a pan-European land bank.

Asia-Pacific
Asia has served as a proving ground for hyperscale deployments with EdgeConneX across the continent, with a strong joint venture in India with the Adani Group and a strategic partnership in China with Chayora. The Indian portfolio will soon span six markets, scaling capacity in what could become one of the largest markets in the world alongside China and the United States. EdgeConneX has also invested in rapidly emerging Malaysia and Indonesia, two countries that have welcomed data center investment and have grown into regional hubs for Southeast Asia
