Rodger Du CFO

Rodger has been a founding member of Actis Asia Real Estate team since 2018.  Prior to joining Actis, he was with Principal Finance Real Estate of Standard Chartered Bank and also worked for a number of leading asset managers, including China Everbright, Fortress Investment Group and ING Real Estate Investment Management (now CBRE Global Investors). He has over 15 years of investment and management experience in China real estate market.

Rodger holds degrees from University of Cambridge and Harvard Graduate School of Design with concentration in real estate finance and development. He is also a chartered certified accountant and a CFA charter holder.
